I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this veterinary clinic. We brought our dog in for a routine rabies vaccination, and this was our first time visiting. At the appointment, everything seemed fine, and we had no concerns. However, only a few days later, our dog became very sick, stopped eating, and was acting completely unlike herself. We brought her back to be examined and were shocked to learn that she had parvovirus. This diagnosis was especially upsetting because our dogs live entirely indoors and have very limited exposure to other animals. We do not take them to dog parks, boarding facilities, grooming salons, or other places where dogs commonly interact. We also have a fenced-in area with artificial grass where they go to the bathroom, and no other dogs have access to that space. What makes this situation even more concerning is that our other dog, who did not accompany us to the veterinary clinic, never became sick. The only recent difference between the two dogs was that one had visited this clinic. We were informed that parvovirus can be spread indirectly through contaminated surfaces, shoes, clothing, or areas where infected dogs have been. While the clinic stated that they clean and sanitize, this experience has left us questioning whether proper precautions are being taken to prevent cross-contamination between healthy pets and sick animals. As a result, we were faced with significant emotional stress and over $500 in unexpected veterinary expenses. We have always been extremely careful about our dogs' environment and health, which makes this situation even more frustrating. While I cannot say with absolute certainty where the exposure occurred, the timing and circumstances have left us with serious concerns. Based on our experience, I would encourage pet owners to ask detailed questions about sanitation and infection-control procedures before bringing their animals here.

Awesome place I come back from school in New York just to take my dog Sebastian here! They are genuinely the kindest people and care is the most affordable. They have been keeping my pup healthy for about 5 years now. Very fast and efficient with vaccines and appointments.
